What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work correctly and more efficiently. Cookies can be “session cookies” (deleted when you close your browser) or “persistent cookies” (remain until they expire or you delete them). References to “cookies” in this policy include similar technologies like session tokens and local storage.
How We Use Cookies
We use cookies to keep you logged in to your account during your session, remember your preferences and settings, prevent fraud and protect account security, and enable payment processing through Stripe.

These cookies are essential for the Service to function. They cannot be disabled.

3.3 Analytics
We use Mixpanel configured in memory-only mode (disable_persistence: true). This means Mixpanel does not write to cookies or localStorage. Session analytics data exists only in memory and is not persisted across browser sessions. No consent is required for this configuration.
3.4 Advertising Cookies
We do not use advertising cookies. We do not share data with advertising networks. We do not display third-party advertisements.
Third-Party Cookies
When you make a payment, Stripe may set additional cookies for fraud detection and security. Stripe's cookie practices are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy. We do not embed third-party social media buttons, advertising pixels, or tracking scripts.
How to Manage Cookies
5.1 Our Cookie Banner
When you first visit QtPie.com, we present a cookie notice. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can change your preferences at any time by clicking “Cookie Settings” in the footer.
5.2 Browser Settings
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note that blocking all cookies will prevent the Service from functioning, as our authentication cookies are strictly necessary.
5.3 Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as an opt-out from any sharing or sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
5.4 Do Not Track
There is currently no universally accepted standard for Do Not Track signals. We respond to GPC signals as described in Section 5.3.
Your Rights
If you are located in the EEA or UK, you have the right to withdraw consent to non-essential cookies at any time without affecting your right to use the Service. If you are in California, you may use the GPC signal as described in Section 5.3.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add new features or when laws change. We will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
