Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to love your avatars. This Refund Policy explains when you can get your money back, when you cannot, and what happens if something goes wrong technically. Please read it before purchasing credits or a subscription.

Credits (One-Time Purchases)

2.1 Refund Window

You may request a full refund on a credit pack purchase within 7 days of purchase, provided that you have not used any credits from that purchase.

2.2 Partial Refunds

If you have used some but not all credits from a credit pack, we do not offer partial refunds. Once any credits from a pack have been used, the entire pack is non-refundable.

2.3 No Cash Value

Credits have no cash value. They cannot be transferred, resold, exchanged for cash, or applied to future purchases at a different value.

2.4 Expiration

Credits expire as described at the time of purchase. Expired credits are not refundable.

2.5 Account Termination

If your account is terminated for violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, you forfeit all remaining credits without refund.

Subscriptions

3.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to subscription features and credits through the end of the period you have paid for.

3.2 No Pro-Rated Refunds

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time within a billing period. If you cancel mid-period, you retain access until the period ends but do not receive a refund for the remaining days.

3.3 Annual Subscriptions

If you purchase an annual subscription and cancel within the first 7 days having used fewer than 10 credits, you may request a full refund. After 7 days or after using 10 or more credits, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

3.4 Failed Renewals

If your payment method fails at renewal, we will attempt to process it again. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription will be canceled at the end of the paid period and you will not be charged.

European Union and UK Consumer Rights

If you are resident in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, when you purchase credits or begin a subscription, you will be asked to expressly consent to immediate commencement of the service and acknowledge that this consent results in the loss of your right of withdrawal for any credits consumed or subscription days elapsed during that period.

If that confirmation was not properly presented to you, your 14-day right of withdrawal remains intact regardless of whether you have used credits. In that case, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase.

Technical Errors and Failed Generations

5.1 Credit Restoration

If a generation attempt fails due to a technical error on our end (e.g., server error, AI processing failure), we will automatically restore the credits consumed in that attempt to your account within 24 hours. You do not need to contact us.

5.2 Quality Dissatisfaction

We do not offer refunds or credit restoration for subjective dissatisfaction with the quality, style, or appearance of generated avatars. AI outputs are inherently variable and we cannot guarantee that any particular result will meet your expectations.

5.3 Service Outages

If we experience a significant service outage that prevents you from using credits you paid for, we may, at our discretion, provide additional credits as goodwill compensation. We are not obligated to do so.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We will resolve legitimate errors quickly. Initiating a chargeback for amounts that are not erroneously charged — including for subjective dissatisfaction with AI outputs — may result in the suspension of your account pending resolution.

How to Request a Refund

Include: your account email, the date of purchase, the amount, and the reason for your request.

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
